Chapter 7: The Five "A"s

In chapter 7, I provided a brief description of the “5A’s” which makes change efforts sound fairly straightforward and easily accomplished. The truth, however, is that no matter how adroit a leader is at managing change, there are always bumps in the road. So, I would like to expand on this five-step program that might help you avoid or overcome some of the barriers to successful change efforts that I have encountered.
